Where is the jewelry made?

• All of our jewelry (except the necklace chains and findings) are handmade in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. 

How long will my order take?

• For non-customizable items, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before the parcel is shipped. 
• For customizable items, please allow 7 days for your item to be made before it is shipped. 
• Note that fulfillment times can vary depending on demand and the shipping options you choose.

Can I order outside of Canada?

• Currently we only accept orders within Canada and the USA. International options will be added soon. Consider subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media for announcements.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

• Orders qualify for free shipping once the total reaches $75 CAD, after discounts are applied.

What are my shipping options?

• By default, all orders are shipped as expedited parcels via Canada Post.  Your package includes tracking number and insurance. Priority shipping is available for upgrade for fast shipping.
